Descriptions of reports, briefings, rates, and timelines are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing (including email). Pricing guidance on the Rates page is not a fixed offer until confirmed for your plots and record set.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing harvest logs, planting maps, and other source materials that you have the right to share. You remain responsible for decisions you make using our reports or briefings, including commercial, planting, and buyer negotiations.
Intellectual property
Website content, visual design, and our report templates remain the property of Portalgardenpath. Final reports delivered under a paid engagement may be used internally by your farm, cooperative, or company. You may not resell our templates or republish website copy without permission. Source harvest records you supply remain yours.
Acceptable use of the website
You may not misuse the site by attempting unauthorised access, submitting malicious content through forms, scraping in a way that impairs service, or misrepresenting your identity when requesting estimates.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Portalgardenpath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use or from reliance on reports when source records were incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a written agreement states otherwise.
